Accessibility Statement

Our Commitment to Accessibility

Aspirant Wellness Solution LLC is committed to making our website and services accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We believe that access to mental health information and care should not be limited by disability, and we work to ensure our website and physical offices meet accessibility standards.

We hold a Certificate of Inclusive Care, reflecting our commitment to equitable, accessible services across all patient populations regardless of background, identity, or ability.

Website Accessibility Standards

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These guidelines help make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities including visual, auditory, motor, and cognitive disabilities.

Our website is built and maintained with the following accessibility features in mind:

  • Descriptive alt text on all images to support screen reader users
  • Sufficient colour contrast between text and background throughout the site
  • Keyboard navigation support so the site can be used without a mouse
  • Clear, consistent heading structure to aid navigation by screen reader
  • Resizable text that does not lose content or functionality when enlarged
  • Forms that are labelled clearly and provide helpful error messages
  • No content that flashes more than three times per second
  • Captions and transcripts provided for video content where applicable

Physical Accessibility at Our Offices

Portland Office: 1606 NE 37th Avenue, Portland, OR 97232. [Client to confirm: ADA compliance, wheelchair access, accessible parking, accessible restrooms, and any other physical accommodations available at this location.]

Multnomah Village: [Client to confirm ADA compliance, wheelchair access, parking, and physical accommodation details for the Multnomah Village office location once the full address is provided.]

Telehealth Option: Patients who cannot easily travel to our offices due to disability or other barriers can access all services through telehealth. Telehealth is available statewide across Oregon and provides full access to evaluation, medication management, and follow-up care from home.

Telehealth Removes Barriers to Access

We recognise that in-person appointments are not accessible to everyone. Physical disabilities, chronic illness, transportation limitations, geographic distance, and other barriers can make visiting a clinic difficult or impossible. Telehealth removes many of these barriers.

All psychiatric services offered at our Portland and Multnomah Village offices are also available through telehealth to Oregon residents. This includes first evaluations, medication management, and follow-up visits. Evening and weekend appointments are available for patients who cannot attend during standard hours. Communication and Language Accommodations

We are committed to effective communication with all patients. If you have a communication-related disability or require a specific accommodation to access our services, please let us know when you contact us and we will do our best to meet your needs.

Language Access: Patients who are more comfortable communicating in a language other than English are encouraged to let us know. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate language needs. [Client to confirm which languages are spoken by staff.]

TTY: Patients who use TTY or relay services may contact us through the Oregon Telephone Relay Service (TRS) by dialling 711.

Known Limitations and Our Commitment to Improvement

Despite our best efforts, some parts of our website or services may not meet all accessibility standards. We are actively working to identify and address accessibility issues and welcome feedback that helps us improve.

If you encounter an accessibility barrier on our website or in accessing our services, please tell us. We take all accessibility feedback seriously and will work to resolve issues as quickly as possible.
