About Aspirant Wellness Solution LLC
What is Aspirant Wellness Solution LLC?
Aspirant Wellness Solution LLC is a private comprehensive outpatient mental health organisation in Portland, Oregon. We provide psychiatric evaluation, medication management, individual therapy, group therapy, family counseling, drug and alcohol services, and cultural enrichment programming for children, adolescents, and adults ages six and above. We are licensed by the City of Portland, Multnomah County, and the State of Oregon.
Who founded Aspirant Wellness Solution and why?
Aspirant Wellness Solution was founded in 2024 by Robert Maina PMHNP-BC, after years of clinical work showed a consistent gap: patients being stabilised in crisis care and then discharged without structured support to stay stable in the community. AWS was built specifically to provide that support and prevent the cycle of repeated crisis admissions.
What ages do you serve?
We serve children, adolescents, and adults from age six through sixty and beyond. We provide services appropriate to each age group across our full range of conditions.
What makes your practice different from other Portland mental health providers?
We combine evidence-based psychiatric care with cultural enrichment programming, family involvement, group therapy, and community integration. Our programme is built around the belief that cultural identity is central to mental health and recovery. We serve a diverse patient population including Latino, African American, Asian, and other communities with staff trained in culturally sensitive care.
Booking and Getting Started
How do I make an appointment?

Do I need a referral?
Not usually. Most patients book directly. Some insurance plans require a referral from a primary care provider. We check this when we verify your insurance and will let you know if it applies.
How quickly can I get an appointment?
We aim to schedule your intake screening within a few days of first contact. Your assigned provider appointment follows within four days of the intake screening.

Yes. Walk-ins are welcome at our Portland office at 1606 NE 37th Avenue during office hours, Monday to Friday 9AM to 5PM.
What happens at the first appointment?
Your first appointment is an intake screening. Our Aspirant Wellness Solutions Liaison introduces you to the programme, completes your intake paperwork, and conducts an initial assessment. You are then assigned to a provider who schedules your first individual appointment within four days.
